At Perimeter Global Logistics (PGL), honoring those who have sacrificed for our freedom is a core part of who we are. Beyond our logistics operations, we prioritize supporting our nation’s heroes in tangible ways. This commitment shines through events like the annual Tee It Up for The Troops golf tournament, where we gather to celebrate and give back to veterans and their families.

Tee It Up for The Troops: Supporting Veterans Across America

Tee It Up for The Troops was founded in 2005 as a military non-profit, responding to a soldier’s request to support returning service members and their families. Since then, it has raised over $16 million to aid veterans from all branches and conflicts. The organization’s initiatives, such as the REUNION Outreach Program, facilitate crucial reunions for combat veterans. These gatherings are instrumental in helping veterans heal from the invisible wounds of war like depression, isolation, and post-traumatic stress.

In addition to the REUNION Outreach Program, Tee It Up for The Troops partners with and supports vetted military non-profit and service organizations across the nation. Their work focuses on six critical pillars of support: family and caregiver support, PTSD and traumatic brain injury, housing and homelessness, employment, golf and sports rehabilitation, and suicide prevention. Each pillar addresses a unique aspect of the challenges faced by veterans, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their well-being.

Aligned with Tee It Up for The Troops’ mission, PGL proudly sponsors the 4th annual North Texas Tee It Up for The Troops benefit golf tournament on September 30th. Each swing and donation at this event supports our veterans and their families, making a meaningful impact on their lives.
