Raj Sobhani received the Ashok Mago Legacy Award for Distinguished Community Service at the US India Chamber of Commerce 2023 Annual Awards Banquet, held on Novemer 6, 2023 in Dallas with keynote speaker, Texas Governor Greg Abbott.

This was the spirit behind the efforts of PGL teams at multiple airports including DFW, O’Hare, Newark Liberty, LAX and Atlanta who pulled together with baggage handlers and ramp operators at United Airlines and Southwest Airlines to partner with agents in India, delivering literally tons of Oxygen Concentrator machines worth millions of dollars to provide life-saving oxygen for regions of India that had no such equipment. Together with the heroic effort of brave medical professionals, hundreds of lives were saved.
