Access to PGL Webship

Monthly Service Fee

• User access to PGL Webship application for fast and easy to use web-shipping, quotation, shipment booking and transaction management.
• No charge for PGL assigned DHL Express accounts with monthly billed shipping activity
• $40.00 per month for PGL Webship access to non-PGL billed DHL Express shipments

Shipment Preparation*

• Convenient, fast and reliable service for seasonal or irregular shipments that require extra resources for their preparation. Upon request PGL performs process of waybill and commercial invoice preparation Includes carrier pick up scheduling and forwarding of the shipping documents to the designated domestic or international business addresses to be applied to the shipment for transit. Service does not include packaging of shipment.
• No charge for PGL assigned DHL Express accounts with monthly billed shipping activity
• $35.00 per shipment for non-PGL billed DHL Express shipments

Shipment Monitoring

• Convenient service for irregular shipments that require extra resources to monitor shipment progress in transit. Upon request, PGL performs specific shipment monitoring, track & trace and delivery issue resolution services from origin to destination through final delivery disposition. Service does not include loss/damage/delay claims process.
• No charge for PGL assigned DHL Express accounts with monthly billed shipping activity
• $15.00 per shipment for non-PGL billed DHL Express shipments

Shipment Customer Service*

• Convenient Service for ad hoc requests for shipment track & trace, re-direct/re-forwarding or special handling.
• No charge for PGL assigned DHL Express accounts with monthly billed shipping activity
• $25.00 per shipment for non-PGL billed DHL Express shipments

Invoice Research & Billing Adjustments*

• Convenient service for ad hoc requests of Carrier Customs Services Invoices including Duties & Tax billing.
• No charge for PGL assigned DHL Express accounts with monthly billed shipping activity
• $30.00 per shipment for non-PGL billed DHL Express shipments

Paperwork Copies Sourced from Carrier*

• Convenient service for ad hoc requests of Carrier sourced copies of paperwork.
• No charge for PGL billed shipments under 5 waybills.
  $5.00 per waybill for 6 or more DHL Express waybills
• $15.00 per waybill for non-PGL billed DHL Express shipments

PGL Advancement of Customs Services Charges*

• PGL advances payment of duties, taxes & fees for expedited release of shipment for delivery. This charge does not apply for customs clearance performed by PGL Customs Brokerage.
• “PGL Advancement Service Charge: 5% of Customs Services invoice amount with minimum charge of $25.00.
  Maximum Advancement Amount (per shipment): $10,000 (Shipments with advancement greater than $10,000 will require PGL pre-approval and confirmation of willingness to pay”

Dangerous Goods Shipment Preparation*

• Upon request PGL performs process of waybill and commercial invoice preparation for Dangerous Goods shipments. Includes carrier pick up scheduling and forwarding of the shipping documents to the designated domestic or international business addresses to be applied to the shipment for transit. Service does not include preparation of Hazardous Shipment Declaration or packaging / labeling of shipment. DHL Express does not carry all classes of Dangerous goods and some countries do not accept Dangerous goods.
• $50.00 per waybill for PGL accounts with monthly billed shipping activity
• $100.00 per waybill for non-PGL billed DHL Express shipments

Hazardous Shipment Declaration Preparation*

• Upon request PGL performs processing of Hazardous Shipment Declaration for Dangerous Goods shipments.
• $250.00 per Hazardous Shipment Declaration for all DHL Express shipments

Address Correction

Redirection of shipment*

• Upon request PGL will interface with carrier to correct undeliverable address including re-direction to new address.
• $30.00 for all address correction shipments
