We regret the contents of your shipment have yet to be delivered or were delivered in less than perfect condition.

A Claimant is required to prove:

  1. The freight was tendered in good condition at Origin.
  2. The freight was short or damaged at Destination.
  3. The validity of the definitive dollar amount as stated on the claim form.

Please review the important notifications listed here and check the appropriate boxes. You will then be asked to provide us with your claim information and the required information and documentation to support your claim. Claim presentations lacking sufficient information and documentation to establish that the loss, shortage or damage occurred during transport will not be accepted.

Please be sure to reference the PGL Shipment Number (ā€œSā€ or 3-digit city code + 00 + 6 numbers) on all correspondence involving this shipment. It is required in order to identify your claim.
